The New Zealand Car Construction Manual
This manual is outstanding, and commonly referred to as the "Car Builders Bible". With over 19 chapters on every aspect of building your hobby vehicle it is a must have item in the garage.
As you will see the manual has a new name (previously known as The New Zealand Hobby Car Technical Manual or HCTM) but everything else remains the same. The technical requirements have not changed.
There are two ways of obtaining the manual as follows:
